Refund and Returns Policy for Event Planning and Entertainment Services
At Gosero & Entertainment, we are committed to delivering exceptional event planning and entertainment services to make your special occasions memorable. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund and returns policy to address any concerns you may have.
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Event Planning Services:
If you decide to cancel our event planning services, the following refund structure will apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event: 100% refund of the total service fee.
- Cancellation between 5 and 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the total service fee.
- Cancellation within 1/2 day of the event: No refund will be provided.
1.2 Entertainment Services:
For cancellations related to entertainment services, the following refund structure will apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event: 100% refund of the total entertainment fee.
- Cancellation between 5 and 6 days before the event: 10% refund of the total entertainment fee.
- Cancellation within 1 day of the event: No refund will be provided.
2. Rescheduling:
In the event that you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date and time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability. If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, our cancellation policy will apply.
3. Quality Assurance:
We take pride in providing high-quality event planning and entertainment services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please notify us within 7 days of the event. We will investigate your concerns and, if found valid, may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.
4. Refund Process:
To request a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling, please contact our customer service team at goseroent.gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 1/2 business days of receiving your request, using the original payment method.
5. Exceptions:
Please note that certain non-refundable expenses, such as permits, licenses, or third-party vendor deposits, may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
